#心得# 因为机器故障而与OneProvider的交流过程

OneProvider是一家国外的服务器商家,提供独服和VPS,其中独服的价格算是比较好的,当然这里说的“好”也可以理解为是商家的处理机型,也有人称这家也算是Online、Kimsufi、OVH的“二道贩子”。前段时间入手了这家的10欧独服,配置i3的U/4G内存/2T硬盘,买来放了一天(奢侈…)但后来问题出现了,故事开始…

问题描述:买来后,修改了RAID,重新安装了系统,安装系统花费了总共7-8个小时,这非常不寻常,重启后无法启动,在这期间,尝试的解决方案包括:重启、重装、修改RAID,修改Boot Mode,机器均无法正常连接(或无法启动系统),无奈,只好找到客服,下面是详细的交流过程:

简单描述一下交流的过程,TK提交的时候是6月30日(北京时间还是法国时间大家请忽略,本文遵循TK系统里的时间,请关注时间间隔,也就是解决效率)。24小时内,客服回复,问是否可以重装系统来测试问题,后来陆续交流了系统模版的问题,最后在7月3日一早确定,到了中午,可能是考虑到间隔较长,客服直接重新安排了一台机器。整个的处理流程和态度,微魔认为Oneprovider的客服人员态度是比较不错的,效率也是接受范围之内,虽然最后“大方地”给换了机器,但感觉从技术层面并没有解决问题,比较遗憾。

After the OS installation, my server keep on telling me that "YOUR SERVER IS CURRENTLY BEING INSTALLED. PLEASE NOTE THAT A WAITING PERIOD OF 45-60 MINUTES IS EXPECTED.
PLEASE WAIT BEFORE TRYING ANY ACTION." 4 hours have been passed. It seems that something must be wrong with it. I can't ping and shell with it. So I come to your help. please help me on this. Thanks

no, something must be wrong. i still can't access my server. and the os reinstallation again take 4 hours and haven't finished yet. It is quite abnormal, please check the hardware.

I have tried everything I can do, including reboot, change the boot mode, change the raid and os reinstallation. But none of them works. I can't access my server. I did successfully install centos once, but when i reboot the server (for kernal updates), the server never came back again. This is the only tine that I succeed to login. I can't find the problem and the solution from my side. And the server really waste me a lot of time. I really hope you can help me to solve this as soon as possible. Thanks.

of .course, please install ubuntu 16.04 x64 with raid 0.

when testing, please test the following things:

    os can be installed in accepted timing range
    shell can be reachable after os installation
    it works ok after a reboot.
    all above are my problems I faced.

  1. oneprovider 无法重做系统啊 后台的图标都是灰色! 开通机器后也不给发 root 和密码 醉了!咋弄! 发TK 都没办法发 后台程序显示有BUG

    1. 这家后台确实有问题,系统安装有时候会有问题,特别是安装bbr的时候,容易无法开机等等,发TK一般会给换机解决,我换了好几次。。。

      1. bbr其实是因为少了文件,快装完有两个warning的注意看
        不要立马重启
        onlione的几个机器在ubuntu开启bbr好像都有这问题
        10o就是online的
        即使挂了无法启动我记得重装系统就行

        至于换机,出了很多次问题了,有他们造成的,也有我造成的。
        每次浪费好几天弄好,然后我让他们换机就是不给换,我说东他说西。可能你运气好吧

        我上次出问题,前后用了10天才处理好。。。。md也不给赔偿
        这我还是照着他们的时间每次晚上发回复的效率

        1. OP装bbr好像只有某个系统才行,我后来就没折腾了。我遇到的无法重启的问题,重装也不行,只能找客服换机,时效性文章里有写。这种“大店”效率和解决问题的能力上一般都比较差
